What is Zimni and BY Election in Pakistan?

A Zimni And By election serves to fill a vacant electoral seat, typically occurring when a member of Parliament resigns or passes away. Unlike a general election, a by-election is limited to voters enrolled in the specific electorate where the vacancy has occurred, and there is no provision for a party vote. Similar to general elections, by-elections adhere to specific rules and timelines governing the nomination process, campaigning, and voting procedures.
