Syllabus For PPSC Tehsildar Jobs 2024
The Naib Tehsildar exam includes three papers:
- Paper-1 (100 marks): A 90-minute MCQ test on General Ability, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies (or General Knowledge for Non-Muslims), Everyday Science, Basic English and Urdu, and key laws like the Punjab Land Revenue Act-1967. It also covers Basic Computer Studies (MS Office, Internet, and Email).
- Paper-2 (25 marks): English Essay.
- Paper-3 (25 marks): Urdu Essay.
Candidates who pass the written test will be called for a Psychological Assessment and Interview.
Qualification Required
For PPSC Naib Tehsildar:
- Must be computer literate.
- Require 3 years of regular service as a Senior Clerk or Junior Clerk in one of these departments:
- Colonies Department
- Consolidation of Holdings Department
- Disaster Management Department
- Revenue Department
- Directorate of Land Records
- Directorate of Kachi Abadies
- Punjab Privatization Board
- Offices of Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and Assistant Commissioners in Punjab.
For PPSC Tehsildar:
- Graduation (second division) from a recognized university.
- Computer literate.
- At least 3 years of regular service as a Personal Assistant, Senior Scale Stenographer, Assistant, Head Vernacular Clerk, Inspector of Stamps, Revenue Auditor, Colony Auditor, Auditor Taxes Wing, or Senior Computer Operator in the Board of Revenue and its subordinate offices, including:
