Punjab Bike Scheme Balloting Result 2024 – The Chief Minister Punjab Bike Scheme 2024 recently conducted its balloting, with the Punjab government subsequently announcing the list of successful candidates. Led by Punjab Minister for Transport Bilal Akbar Khan, the e-balloting event aimed to distribute bikes across four different categories to both male and female students, facilitating them with interest-free and flexible installment plans. The occasion witnessed the presence of vice-chancellors from various universities alongside enthusiastic male and female students. With a staggering total of 72,640 applications received by the provincial government, comprising 57,370 for petrol bikes and 15,270 for e-bikes, the scheme underscores the government’s commitment to enhancing accessibility and mobility for students across Punjab.

Punjab Bike Scheme Balloting Result 2024

The recent balloting for the Punjab Bikes Scheme 2024 has culminated in the government releasing the list of successful candidates. Interested students can now access the complete lists to check their status. With an overwhelming response, the government received a total of 72,640 applications, indicating a significant demand for mobility solutions among students. Out of this pool, 19,000 petrol motorcycles and 1,000 electric bikes will be distributed to selected students through balloting.

Notably, the scheme includes a dedicated quota for female students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. Among the allocated petrol bikes, 11,676 are designated for male students, while 7,324 are reserved for female students. Similarly, out of the electric bikes, 700 will go to male students, and 300 to female students. This initiative, part of the Punjab government’s Education Friendly Initiative, underscores their commitment to empowering students with enhanced mobility options.
